To celebrate 50 years of activity, Tecnologie Meccaniche has organized a conference entitled "Machine tools: opportunities for the country". The event, which attracted a qualified audience of almost 300 people, was a tribute to a world that has guided the manufacturing sector since the first industrial revolution. A market that has grown in terms of volumes and turnover, but which has also faced new and constantly changing needs in terms of ever higher performances, reduced costs, time to market that are measured in months if not even weeks.
Massimo Carboniero, CEO of OMERA and President of UCIMU - SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, opened the discussion illustrating the data of a sector, that of the Italian metal working industry, in full health and leading the entire Italian economy.
