OMERA CONTINUES IN ITS GROWTH PATH

Omera has recently completed the acquisition of the last share of TIMAC srl by taking over the one that FAIB srl of Bassano del Grappa had in the company in Schio.

This operation is part of a precise strategy of Omera which sees it committed to enhancing its offering capacity in international markets, which already began in December 2023 with the acquisition of GIGANT ITALIA and the subsequent opening of the new Gigant Service by Omera aimed at providing a valuable service to customers who have chosen a Gigant press in the past.

TIMAC, founded in 1975, operates in the sheet metal processing machinery sector, both with its historic product, namely disc cutting shears, and with automations, transfers and 4-post hydraulic presses.
