OMERA group is glad to invite you to visit our stand D64 in the hall 27 at the exhibition EUROBLECH 2024 that will take place in Hannover from the 22nd to the 25th of October.
During the exhibition we will be pleased to present you the following machines that represent the state-of-the-art technology in our sector:
- an 80-ton C-frame hydraulic press, model OPI. C 80, which implements solutions for energy recovery and energy saving
- a working centre mod. R1600CNC with electric axis that, thanks to its processing flexibility, allows producing round and polygonal panels for road signs and furnishing sectors.
The press OPI.C 80 implements a solution that allows for energy recovery.
It consists of an independent motor-pump unit, complete with a servomotor and a fixed displacement pump with high dynamics to manage the blank holder. In a traditional hydraulic press, the energy dissipated by the blank-holder cushion is totally converted into heat and it represents the greatest quote of dissipated energy. With this solution it is possible to recover 90% net of this energy. This regained energy is converted into electric energy and is instantly put at disposal of the slide main motor involving a lower absorption of electricity from the network.
This is an interesting solution that does not differ from Omera’s range of hydraulic plants managed by servomotors.
Another important advantage is the reduction of the cooling power required by the machine chilling system.
The renewed working centre R 1600CNC presented at the exhibition is a trimming-beading machine with electric axis equipped with two slides that work in combination and allow achieving a vertical and horizontal beading and a significant reduction of the cycle times compared to those obtained with the previous model.
The new automatic working centre, equipped with 11 movements obtained with brushless motors, guarantees these important performance increases thanks to a new numerical control and the implementation of new powerful CPUs.
The new R1600CNC is now even more precise, flexible and sensible.
The use of brushless motors also guarantees a clear reduction of the energy requirements compared to traditional pneumatic or hydraulic drive systems.
